Apply over perfectly dry eyelashes. Start at the centre of the lashes, sweeping the brush upward from the root, stretching the mascara to the very tip. Then, apply to outer and inner corners for an even result.
To highlight your lower lashes, pass the brush lightly over the lashes once or twice.
